Reservation and Payment Policies

For fixed reservations we request a partial prepayment in the amount of €100. Please transfer this amount (with all related fees paid) to our account at the Volksbank Gmünd, Austrian bank routing number 43380, account number 503.9920-0000. For international transfers, please use the following: IBAN AT964338050399200000, Swift code VOGKAT21. We will not be held liable for the payment of any fees related to transfers.

Cancellations

If a reservation is cancelled prior to 21 days before the booked arrival date, only the partial prepayment is forfeit (as a cancellation fee). From 21 to 15 days prior to the arrival date 30% is due, 14 to 7 days 45%, 6 days to 1 day 90% and same day cancellations 90%. The percentage noted is in relation to the total price of the booking with us. We strongly recommend making use of trip cancellation and/or travel booking insurance. You can also insure your reservation through us directly if you like. If you’d like to make use of this option, simply transfer a non-refundable premium payment of 7% of the total price of your stay along with the prepayment noted above. Should you need to cancel your reservation, you are then only obliged to pay 20% of the total price of your stay with us.

All-Inclusive Services

Included meals begin with the evening meal on the day of your arrival and end with breakfast on the day of your checkout. For early arrivals an additional fee of €20 per family will be charged to cover the cost of food and beverages. A packed lunch is available for purchase for your trip home.

Rooms and hotel facilities are available for your use beginning at 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival through 10 a.m. on your departure day.

Payment

Available methods of payment include cash, prepayment via bank transfer and EC card. For last-minute bookings, payment must be made in cash.

Please also keep in mind that any additional amount due must be paid immediately in cash; examples include swimming instruction, magic lessons, ski school, drinks at the bar, massages, etc.
